FWB201S aluminum brazing flux is a white powdered flux used with ER4047 aluminum alloy welding wire for flame or induction brazing of aluminum alloys. The flux residue is easily removable with water rinsing. It is widely applied in refrigeration and automotive air conditioning systems for joining aluminum tubes, fittings, and components.
FWB201S Al-Al flux-cored brazing wire is a low-temperature brazing material. It is an ER4047 aluminum-silicon solder-clad welding material with non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux core, specialized for aluminum and aluminum alloy brazing.
Cu-Al flux-cored brazing wire is a low-temperature brazing material. It is an Zn-Al alloy solder-clad welding material with non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux core, specialized for aluminum to aluminum alloy, aluminum to copper brazing.
Braze rings represent a new application form of welding materials. With the pre – formed ring – shaped design and standardized specifications, they simplify brazing procedures, effectively reduce production costs and are well – received by a large number of customers.
FWB102S silver brazing flux powder is a white powdered flux designed for brazing copper, copper alloys, stainless steel, and other materials. Mix with pure water into paste for weld joints, or stick to heated fillers. Keep weld gap 0.01 – 0.05mm. During flaming brazing, use neutral flame; avoid direct heating of filler and flux.
